I am not sure I could get him to excellent pace that fast, however, I do plan to sell him when the DEF+PM+Passing+Tech have random popped for a very nice profit!

Maybe if that happens fast I will train him until the second round of random pops even, he should be really nice by then.

Yes, this is why I am progressing so nicely with pace training. The nice trainees to train do not cost too much and they have huge training potential.
