I would say that you have perhaps undervalued both a tad, but thats just my opinion, its hard to say.

At least you didn't value the second player at too much more, I sometimes find its pretty stupid when attackers with the same skills total, but a different distribution get valued at vastly different prices.
2008-04-13 19:23:04
Well its always subjective opinion and it always depends on luck...
2008-04-13 19:24:04
Of course, I agree.
2008-04-13 19:39:55
...and how many points are distributed to pace, surely?
2008-04-13 19:42:46
Well pace trains slower, so in theory to a striker trainer they should actually pay a premium for high pace players.
2008-04-13 19:45:46
So you're contradicting yourself? ;o)
2008-04-13 19:49:17
I value a player based on what they should sell for, the market values technique and striker higher.

However, pace is an equally useful striker skill and takes longer to train, so I'm suggesting that the market usually undervalues pace on strikers.
2008-04-13 19:50:59
You always forget it is slower but you can train 22 players. So it´s pretty the same as training quicker and with only 10 players.
2008-04-13 19:52:11
Thats true, and of course I shouldn't really be commenting anyway as I only train pace, so I would say its undervalued ;-)
2008-04-13 19:56:39
I sometimes find its pretty stupid when attackers with the same skills total, but a different distribution get valued at vastly different prices.

This is what i was getting at...meaning that people valuate strikers vastly perhaps because pace is more valuable in higher values and older players...which i prompted you to say in your next post.
2008-04-13 19:58:01
No its actually the other way round, high technique and striker skills sell for more than high pace.
2008-04-13 20:01:04
I read "different prices" as higher or lower ;o) i know what you're getting at...
