I have to say he is not young. He has 3.4 seasons of training left so will probably never reach solid in pace and tech and therefore will never sell for moe than that. If you see what you can get for 57k under 18 it will be similar and worth alot more money

Robbed if you take into account that he wants to train him for 4 seasons.
He is robbed by one training slot and the weekly wage.
Buying a trainee for 57k to train for 4 seasons and then resell for about 350k (he will hardly be worth more) is massively robbed.

Ok Ken, I think with pace and tech training he will become a good player for your level but he is not one of those players who will make you 100000000000000% profit when you sell.

he's not even that Neo, he will nevr be a first team player imo whatever level you are looking at

And you can find many of this kind every season going very cheap.
You would need to swap passing with pace, since I trained passing for 2 seasons and pace for one and you do it the other way round.
