4.5 mil euro for such a player is not very much, also if he had no talent still a bargain if you ask me.

Don't know that... 29k is not that much but he looks quite bad... Needs lot of training in pace and keeper to become good and lots of talent, for sure.

Would say robbed. I think you can get better players for same or bit more money having more future (even if maybe one year older). But don't know that good about keepers at all.
