hi! my hungarian friend needs a logo, but he don't speak english, so i please you! :)

please somebody make this logo:
-hexagonal shield (greenish)
-on the center a blue dragon from front with yellow opened wings
-on the bottom the half-circle rounded words: Pannonhalma SKH

I can make a logo or many logos, only buy a PLUS for me.

I'm 13...so i don't have more experience with photoshop...but I think that i'm one of the best logomaker of Sokker because there are more users that say that they can make logo but they make only a bad copy and past from others images. To make a good copy and past must be able! Use the right selections, the right % of feather, the right % of the stroke ecc ecc. I can use a little part of more of they tools....many users say that they can use photoshop but don't know thus tools. So, can they make logos?

Is there someone who can make me a new logo. If yes please contact sk mail.
