2nd like anyone hurts when you make a logo or not
3rd many logomakers are better than you and do logos for free

I do it for free but i got a plus for a logo ;) its up to manager what he wants to have or do....

yes...like you take it for a reward...but you don't charge it...like you wanted plus. you have just took it because the manager you made the logo gave it to you like a thanks :D
