A Scottish flag/emblem is what I think it needs.
Overall: 8/10 (because it misses the Scottish flag/emblem :) )

i like it but id prefer if the ball was white with black lines if possible ;)
look who is talking, just check your last logo, though, something is missing from my logo indeed, but it's good enough :) so I left it like that, can't modify forever.
