It should include all or some of these things:

A brilliant mind (like Einstein)

And are someone apple to make the black in this pic white easily???
Why you think i said do it easily... :P One hell of a work by the methods i know of...
Do you want me to do it, or are you going to do it yourself?
If you're doing it:
1) Make the image bigger.
2) Fill in the areas you want to be white.
3) Put the image back to original size.

I got a friend trying to figure a easy way around it...... the way i know how to is so big a work its not worth the effort... im using "Paint" and there it is ¤#"¤"/%(¤
yeah some photoshop geek should be able to do it easily i think....
