photoshop the best of the best!!!!!!

paint.net, Photoshop, Gimp ... all great programs to make logo's but not to easy to learn. Not everyone want to invest the time needed to learn these programs, or not creative enough to make logo's.

That's why I posted some links to make logo's the easy way while they are waiting for a logomaker to make 1 for them :)

I want to invest time to learn these programs especially paint.net, but i don't know how i can learn this program.

Best is to start with some tutorials on youtube: Paint.net tutorials on youtube. If you do what they do you will learn the basics :)

Also you can read the topics in the tutorial of Paint.net forum, specially Newbie Playground: Paint.net forum. In these forums you can also find some nice plugins to add to paint.net.
