Can someone make a logo for me?

I would like it to have my team name and some kind of reference to my country, Paraguay. You may also use the Paraguayan flag's colors (red, white and blue)

ı can't remember for whıck NT and who dıd, but there was a 3D logo wıth angel wings at background, but now ı cant fınd ıt, also ı have checked all NT's pages and couldnt fınd too ...
can anyone remember or see ıt ? or maker of that logo around here ?
