Welcome. Could someone make me a logo?

I mean more or less about something like FC Barcelona crest. In place of the red cross on a white background I would like the Polish flag. And in order for the logo was the name of my team: Blaugrana 4don.

I have tried it chronic, hopefully it has worked? I cannot see the new one.
