Hello Niklasvs, first of all, make sure that the logo has 250x250 dimensions (pixels). Sokker, removes the white space only with that size.

Okay. How do i do that more specifically? And when you say sokker will remove the white space, is that going to happen automatically :)

You have to use an image editor software (there are a lot in the web), and resize the image to 250 x 250. Next, you just need upload the image.

Open logo with 'file', resize with 'image' and then save to computer as png

When you save logo as png the outside will stay transparant, with other formats this won't happen (if I'm right). And you're welcome.

EDIT: and max size of the logo must be 249 x 249

Some say 250*250 and other say 249*249, so which one is it :-)

Will the logo be transparent the moment i change it or will it take some time?

To be sure, use 249x249. You won't see the difference with 250. Ofcourse the logo must have been made with transparant sides to make it work, saved as .png

And it often takes some time before logos are uploaded.
