it is ok a simple editor like notepad if you are using windows
This extension is for non plus members, so that reaction is useless. You have to edit the code to get the picture displayed.

mine is 220x302 px .....
however, in the script, I only fixed the width (220px) I think I derived it from the standard width of plus logos' columns.
whatever the size you chose, take into account that it is going to be squized (proportionally) in order to fit to 220px of width.
If you prefer a different width you can change the code of the script, search for "width" and change the associated value, but take into account that this might affect how your right column looks like
