Because of some errors with generation of fixtures for Nederland (it's still incorrect!!), I had to make fixtures by my own....

Inde, only 4 teams doens't have qualifications matches for 02/09 and 14/10:
Brazil, Malaysia, Ecuador and Bulgaria
Malaysia and Bulgaria will play at 02/09, so Brazil and Ecuador can play at 02/09, what do you think? It's the only option.
