How do i send and invitation to an NT friendly ?

Go to the match overview on the other team and propose a friendly. But you can only do so for the next week.

Select the team you want to play from the NT list. Go to their matches and there should be a 'invite for a friendly match' option on the right hand side of the week you want to play them in. Just click on it and the invitation is sent :)
