i don't understand why some national managers arranged fixtures when the elections finished, and now they change their minds? is it fair?if they know they can't keep their word, they would better not make any promises.:(

Hi all!
I am the NT of Paraguay and I have thought about playing an "alternative" U21 tournament for small countries, so we don't receive 15 goals per match. This tournament would consist of 4 teams, so this is 3 matches.

As this tournament is made for NT teams that would not pass the first round, we will play the first 3 weeks of the official U21WC, this is, weeks 8, 9 and 10. Right now Panamá has confirmed their assistance, and I have invited another couple of countries (Republica Dominicana and Andorra) but I wanted to close the inscriptions as soon as possible so we can close the tournament and make a calendar. We would play in league mode, the winner won't win anything but the ranking points which is not something worthless :)

the same thing happened to me . it's about Misr and Moldova who canceled their matches against Hayastan.:( i had to find somebody else, and believe me, it wasn't easy at all.:(
