Talent is good. A long way to go though. I doubt that he will reach the quality of a reasonable good 17 or 18y old pull.

Your Fechner wasn't that far at 16y if I'm not wrong.

That is nonsense what you are saying now... With his talent and his stats at 16 y old, he will be huge, even compared to good 18 y old pulls and will be better than Zlobas normally.

Well, you can't compare him with Zlobas.
Zlobas was much better on the 4 winger skills already at this time of the season.
I figured that there are only 4 weeks of training left for this season and I have seen much better end of the season 16y olds already?
However, he is nice, but on TL so should be removed from here.

No pops in pace, defending, technique and striking yet.
It will be hard, if not impossible, for the 16y old to even reach that player and he is kinda average.
So either I'm completely dumb or 16y olds are looked at with different eyes.

They are, and same goes for 17yos too. People tend to see a huge potential but forget that there is only 16 weeks in a season. That 16yo has a good talent but won't make it for sure. And as you mentioned, he is in TA so deleted.

You are right at some point, but people also underestimate the speed of pops of 16y olds... Randomtraining goes very fast for 16 y olds...

and I think he would end close to the one you metioned within 1 season... It's a player where you paid 2,5 M Euro for... if you can buy a 16 y old for 1M Euro you make nice profit even if he would be a little bit less.

My 17 year old has popped 10 times in the 5 mid-skills, and he has only been 14 weeks in the club.
It's fun training young players :-)
