I'm sure there must be a few more that 5 higher standard 18 year old midfielders out there, we just haven't seen them all.

Well I suppose the best of forum lists give a pretty good indication...there is a Finnish guy who has an even higher rating there but that's mostly because he has high playmaking + passing...
I've been checking the transfer market for similar players all season so I'm pretty sure there aren't many players who are on this level.

Interesting, I have noted something similar, but assumed I have missed a few key players.
