i'd train his midskills and make him central mid actually :)

then he could be maybe 5* brilliant. not a bad idea at all, but i think as a defender, he could hve more NT matches, but i dont know norge players^^

as mid he well take some years to reach nt if at all, but in few years as def im guessing....... but yes he does stille have the ability to become a decent def-mid

focus his training on 2.5 seasons of Pm and 2.5 seasons of passing and he'll be a very decent central midfielder. Imo one of the positions that is quite decisive in an NT's performance.
at that time he'll be halfway his 25th season and he can still get almost 2 seasons of 'perfecting' training.

I havent decided what to make him. I will train him to magical pace and then switch. I was thinking tech untill i make a final decition. He's my first decent junior, so it's not easy to decide :D

tech would be one of my last choices actually :) It's pretty decent for a 20 yo :)
