It's only those two week pops in the very low levels with 16y.
Top talents have there one week pops in a row I think.
Talent between 3,5 and 4 in my very own opinion, still good enough to train and for a NT player :)

I totally disagree with loop and co. in this matter. It seems we're getting spoiled with the single week pops. This talent seems pretty great to me (3.33-3.5) :)

And indeed talent below 3.5 for sure...
