i´d prefer him over a more rounded in u/21..... his tech makes him able to drible at that level.......

What the guys are saying is that a player with low pace looks better skillpoint wise than he actually is.
For instance
your player has very good pace and incredible passing.
Mine has incredible pace and excellent passing.

In the top lists yours will be in pole position while in reality he is far behind in training weeks.
2 skills if not even 3.
That's all.
It does not matter in which combination you train, but if your player is having low pace, he has to be quite some skillpoints ahead of the competition with high pace.

Hey, I ain't stupid! :) I know that and as I said, I don't care whether he drops from TOP10 after I start training pace. What made me react is the fact that imo he ain't too old for that level of pace. I can still train it easily to divine aside with the other skills. For young players the main factor for the skill levels in the first years is the skill distribution when pulled. He only had average pace, that's why it is still very low.

Perhaps I shouldn't have said anything about him being currently on the 1st place as it seemed to be a red cloth for so many users. I just wanted to state as a joke that he should have a fairly nice chance to be a NT-star in the future. Anyway I'd also hope his pace level to be higher now, but it ain't so it ain't. I can still train him the skills I've planned to. What is his position in the top lists then is a different story, but who cares if he helps me to beat the crap out of OldLady and Red Card! ;)
