u can practically put magical pace, and formidable defending [:,
gonna train him to outstanding defending

and about technique.... fist of all hes not the only player in my team.... there were loads of other stars like radlinski or torres who were in great need of technique training... in my opinion i achieved the best i could.... he randomed to superdivine tech at the end of 23yo which means i kind of lost only few trainings...

of course ideally he should have incredible~ defending and divine tech... but again as said before hes not the only star in my team...

and by the way... i think that wingers dont need above magical pace... simply because they only encounter 1 defender all the time, and no matter what pace u have, if defender is good (and at high levels its always 2xdivine) and placed well, u will always have to dribble him, and this is where superdivine technique comes along... +with this technique he runs with a ball as fast as without it, so once he dribbles a defender, the way is clear

and also, what ive noticed is that wingers lost their use (i mean not as efficient as before), which is not a bad thing, just need to adjust a little....

maybe its becaue i dont have strong center anymore and he doesnt get enough balls, but even if he get it, it somehow seems crossing is much harder than before... not really sure when it changed though, had the same feeling last seasons as well

You forgot the engine change a while back.
Defenders are outrunning your winger if they are a lot faster and are therefore tackling from the side.
In the case of your player that means that a tackling from behind has a much higher successrate than on a faster winger.
