Its how many times he popped, the amount of trainings is written below his stats. A total of 12 trainings, thats how long he is with my team, 12 weeks.

okay, nice talent, but he only has 31 pts as def mid, too low for belgie i guess

Thx, yes I think he will be a little to short to make it into the national, perheps he could make it with some rondoms, but I gues I would had to first buy another assistant, I only have 2 outstanding. :S
