Monster? That one? Well, I think this kind of players are the average of coming generation ... five times brilant are normal in every NT team in TOP 30, I guess ...

Actually i agree with you.Would be nice if max striker (3x s.div) wouldn't be in every top30 NT.

Israel had their first 3xdivine striker few weeks ago...
At 23 y old? I doubt this is "normal". To me 5*brilliant at 23 is still quite awesome

It's not about actual skill.If you dont have 3x div striker then you have other top class players.Training is just not concentrated on strikers. I mean Miaso have 6 skills max of 8 ( +1 stamina to max) and of course he is the best player in sokker so thats ok but there was one guy Bankert who was 5x div and i believe more would come if managers would concentrate making much higher skills without thinking about making profit.
