oh, come on, he isn't that weak :) Maybe they had this season less good defs and thats why he is in the team. That can always happen, also in Poland.

Yours is nice, but maybe not enough tech to being midfielder, no idea its the decision of the coach. Defenders are easier to forecast they chances, they only need defender and pace(should be enough for u21)

you should train him pace, with pace 12, and defender 15 he may have chance(and stamina 7+).

defender? I dont think your player is DEF for U21 ;) too low def, no seccondaries...useless sprinter ;) :P
