actualy, the manager said he is at the same level with 21 yo ones...if you could give him some pace, he could have a really big chances to get some matches and , why not, to be a world champion :P

He will get passing pop first and after that pace&tech

if i were you, i wouldn`t gave him a combined training...he has little chances this way
ne needs pop at pace in the first place
