Not a big difference if his pace is for example 12.9 or 13.2. He is really close to pop in pace but I have other players to train aswell ;)

he has got only 5 pm trainings(3 pops) cuz he is not my only trainee and Latvian U21&NT for me is more important than Romanian U21 ;)
