by the time he has gained enough stamina, he will be too old.

I`d make him divine in left side, also would train his defense at least a season or more. 4 x divine is nice, but without defense he doesn`t look that good.
i remember the days when i was the only one to root for wingers with defending...

well, back then defenders didnt have much tech compared to the NTs now. So defense for a winger is way more important nowadays :)
