it's not really clear to me what type of player you're trying to make of them.
in case you want to train the second guy as mid i'd contact the U21 scout of ukraina. he might have a chance there with specific training because players for mid positions are tricky to find, especially for the nations who don't have the most users.

I just sold this guy it will be interesting to see how he turns out.
