if talented and if you train lots of pace to start and for a specific position afterward i would not rule out his chances entirely ... yet.
he's lacking a clear direction in skills for the moment though so you have to do something about that by either specializing for winger or for attacker. NT coaches normally don't use (or know?) tactics for wingattackers.

He has and will only get MID training in my team. He was a rounded 16yo hence the skill set.

My world class trainees are average joes compared to him - luckily Jacob is a rare player.

Wow, that's nice to hear. Going to get his tech and passing a level more each then onto some defender then playmaking. By 21 he'll be minimum 5 x incredible I hope.
