came out of my youth 2 weaks ago , has improved in pace , technique and passing , my own oppinion , he still needs a lot of training.. does he have a chance?

Well, they are 20.
As far as I know when polska plays u20 they mostly play with players from winners of some guessing games?
6 weeks ago I was not even able to add him to the database (too low skills).

whatever they do with it depends on the crew's approach but it's pretty normal for a country as big as poland to set the requirements rather harsh to avoid getting flood with statistics from players who have no chance at a particular time i guess.
when you see something like 'nearly fits the requirements to be a hero' he still makes it in the database though. it also does not even necessarily mean that there's no future chance when he does not get in right away, just that he does not match the stereotype at that particular time.

too soon to tell, for the moment it's 'just another 16-year old' and where he ends up will depend on talent and quality of training. he does however have the luck of a relatively high skillsum so he has a head-start compared to others or a first sign of talent which improves his U21 chances.

I know that, but I got "the player is not good enough" as reply, but that was when he had solid playmaker 6 weeks ago ;)
Of course thats understandable, a mid needs 4 skills at least.

the Belgian U21 takes a different approach to that in the requirements: they're set very flexible (probably even too flexible) to avoid losing track of potential mids.
nearly every U21 has a mid problem because it takes so many stats to train, frequently requiring more than one season, while very few get the good skills division from the start. this way we can keep an eye even on the less obvious candidates for such a position and possibly redirect some of them to mid trainers.
