No. He is too small^^

that's ok: just tell him to climb on the shoulders of a team mate for headers when there's a corner kick lol.
on the other hand in this game his height makes him 'explosive' in running speed (however in real life his legs would be too short to keep the speed up compared to normal height players because this is a REALLY short player :p)

but anyway it's a very young player so too soon to say much about chances, he's not from one of those nations where almost any player which gets specific training ends up as U21 or NT but i'd say maybe because he's looking pretty good so far.
