Portugal 1200+ users: Keynard says skillsum 34 on 5 mid skills for 18 yo has good chances
Spain: 1700+ users: Kenyard says skillsum 43 on 5 mid skills for 18 yo doesnt have chance

The spaniard should have a decent shot of making u/21, even though he is low on pace which takes longest time.. :) But still requires nice talent.. :D

well the portugiese would still only get like 1-2 skill more in the time the spaniard takes to level out pace.. :)

at age 20 potentially... even then he needs 2 levels of pace, some passing etc to be nice for the U21 as a def mid he is nice for sure though
