Take a look at my guy. :) All of you can see his monster talent in here. Have to add, that in my team popped with 1 training into solid striker, and as well with just 1 training into very good technique. Had 14 GT over good striker and 15 GT over solid technique before those pops.

if you want him to make it to an international level best thing you can do is switch to pace training immediately because talent or not his pace is that low that he might already miss out on reaching U21 NT level otherwise... pace trains the slowest of all the skills.
it's a relatively short player so you've got to make the most out of his explosive running speed to create the chances so he can actually use his striker skill. you consider him to be talented enough, well then he'll pop to incredible striker on general training anyway.

I've spoken with their current U21 coach, and he promised me to give him time on the field already at age of 19, and even more at age of 20, if he remains as the coach that long. Gonna train him to look about like this when he turns 21;
