i had a similar situation when Cymru played New Zealand u21 :)

He also went in 14 weeks of general training to solid playmaker. His last pop to good was due to a training though.

he is +9 there ...

tech better then, but I would train that your team need, magical def is enough for MID or DEFMID I would preffer technique, because passing would be improve

defence I would suggest.

no more tech at all for me, either pace/def or pace/pm

am for pm/def

he needs divine defender for sure, after that you decide between pm and tech.

no... when he reaches 2x divine you can still train his mid-skills.
