im kinda similar position as you for training. have loads of top irish talent, but they all have different skills so one of them can end up nicely trained and rounded skills but others will all have 1-2 low skills and 1-2 really high ones :/
your first guy needs a season of passing but others dont ^^
i think a few weeks of pace works anyway for now

Yeah i guess so. Allthough i currently train defender. But i will switch to pace soon. Rob Molloy is comming along nicely as well ;)
