what would people do with this guy? max talent. being trained in pace atm, then im doing PM and passing for ~8 weeks each..though i wanna train this guy :S

striker would be most suitable for him, if not then winger

Striker is the best option, but as 18y old mid he still has a high standard! I would consider keeping him and train him PM/Passing... With maximum talent he will soon be a topmid too next to the ATT promise he has now.
Well it definitely doesn't make sense to get rid of him, unless he decides to train defenders ;)
Even as defender you can eventually decide to keep him. He is a nice defender for hs age and his talent will produce a very nice player too. You lose the scoring skill, but if you train as mid the scoring skill is for a big part lost too imo.
If you look at it economically the best option is to sell probably, but he is Irish so that might be a problem :)
yeah, but I guess Ireland will need a top class midfielder more than a top class defender ;)
