If talented, sure! Just give speed, tech and finishing!
Maybe start with speed while he's young!

speed as young is a bad advice, you need pace in between seasons every season, so its not so urgent as people claim that it is to be done fast....
I havent done the math, but, given the fact that pace is the slowest training and that at young the training is faster, i think that pace should be trained firt until obviously a certain level! ;)
If i am not mistaken someone did the math and the conclusion was - there is no difference between trainings pace at first, and training else..
But thats not a valid argument.... the training you do instead of pace as young is also faster, so there will be more time to pace later on...... on the other hand if your finished with pace too early, you cant really keep juniors you pull with low pace ... and also, you should have 1-2 training sessions of pace between seasons and reduce stamina to be taken in longer run and have a headcoach with brilliant+ stamina if you want the best player possible in long run... that way you get some of the pace pops over time and not losing training between seasons....
Or not!
Because if the training after each year is x% slower(assuming the formula is a % penalty), if the training variable(difficulty level) is for instance, 5 for pace and 4 for passing, you can easily verify that is better train pace in younger ages!
But if someone did compared the 2 ways and concluded that there isnt any difference ... i cant argument, because i havent any data to support it!

And that was done with players at same age, same skill levels and similar talent?
Age has bigger efect on pace training than other skills..so if you want to reach certain level you'll do it faster training pace at younger age..I understand your other points though..
Imposible..all that players..?I think you are crazy!
