Of course there is a difference. The 20 minutes from sunday give a (little) additional training effect.
but only little...so I don't know if I want to pay with injury for this little advantage... :))
little...1 or 2 %...? :)

greg said 3 games gives full training.
Actually he said 2 games are enough for full training. However it is not clear to me if one of these games can be a friendly match:
2008-10-16 10:22:21
greg to Yogurtu-Nge
Player gets 100% training two full official games or more.
and

greg to Mesrur [del]
[...] player plays one gets nearly full training, but to get really full training he have to play another full game.
THANKS matzeg you covered me..These are proofs,,,
u ruined my troll.. I was already working on a fake copy paste..
I have no idea how much is a full training :P

greg`s english is as good as my chinesse :)
i hope it`s enough for a player to get full training if he gets 90 min in official+45 min in friendly+90 min at nt

but I still must let you know one thing. 2 games gives for sure injurie firstly.
90 mins in NT + 90 mins of any other game, friendly, cup or league = 100% training.
it was confirumed 2 full games = 100% training.
NT game = 50%
league/cup game = almost full training
friendly game = ~slightly less than league cup game, but the difference is lower than the amount you gain from playing 2 full games. i.e if league/cup game is 85%, its 15% less than full, so friendly is no worse than 85-15% = 70%. but probably more like 75% in this case
most people say they are 90% and 85%,
me i think its lower (probably numbers i used above), as there is a fairly clear benefit for players who play 2 games a week, or even 45 mins of a second game

+1..
I have also see the difference in pops...when a player recieve more than one games..and i thing that one game is almost 85% of full training.I have seen a player for example to pop to incredible passing in 4 weeks..by playing one game...and then to brilliant passing again in 4 weeks by playing 2 games per week! This is a big difference for me!So when i have full space,....in field for some players to train them double...i do it!And if a player is to be injured,...he will be injured even if he plays one game. This has to do with secret talent of any player. You can see some players that give a lot of in juries...and some other that give injuries...one per two seasons..

Playing twice a week is a waste of training spot no matter how faster it is unless you are doing it for certain purpose, like training NT players, otherwise financially it's not worth it..
Dear friend, how can you argue about everything?
Every_single_time I see you posting to the forum, you are fighting about something. Sometimes it is about the match engine, sometimes it is about your country, and sometimes it is about something else. You will probably start a fight about this post as well.
Now you are fighting about this non-sense thing that everyone knows how it goes. For a league match, you will get about 90-95% training. For a friendly, probably 85%. For NT match, it's 50%, and for 2 matches it's at least close to 100%. People have different opinions in this case as well, and that is my opinion. Someone else might think, that you get only 80% training for a league match, and someone else might think that you can get 100% training only just for 3 matches.
Anyway, LaBamba stated it quite wisely. By playing someone twice a week, is a waste of training slots, unless if that player is a huge star of yours, and you will take the extra risk for an injury.
And what's the funniest part, this fight started from the previous fight of your player. And still, I must say, your player Toma Boyer won't be 3x 13 at the age of 19. Even if you play him 4 times a week.

NT game = 50%
I might be splitting hairs, but an NT game doesn't give 50% of full training, but 50% of a league match (confirmed by greg).

Keep your opinion and i have mine.Stop going the discusion into a personal level.Im doing different things on game than you..
And if you look better my team...im training...9 players...(mids)and fo the moment only one place...for double training. In the future i will open more than one place for double games training.
And yes im training nt players..Look them.Even if they are not nt players. They are monsters..
I have seen the difirence between one and two games per week.So i follow other things in the game from you it seems,..

Didn't he also stated that players train more in 1st half than 2nd half? I would take anything he says with a big grain of salt..
I'm not trying to be offensive, I just summed up what's going on in here. It's just so stupid to argue about everything, if someone else has an opinion that differs to yours. You are not the only one, so believe me, this is nothing that personal.
And please everyone, end this now. 2 pages off-topic already...
