I think the Finnish player also has nice chance. Train him well and then sell him to me to train the side skills! ;)

He went like this in defender:
2weeks to very good
3weeks to excellent
2weeks to formidable
3 weeks to outstanding

so talent isn't that bad.

but I don't plan to train pace, so first step I'll be looking for someone's training pace

not a chance...he needs high sideskills or high prime skills in order to stand a chance...usually we have divine DEF with brilliant pace at 21
