not even for U21 i think. am sure he will look awesome but he does not have tech and pm which are vital to be at higher levels than they are

amazing talent.
i still have never had a 1 week pop :(
i would like to know if he has a chance for the nt indeed.
am sure he will be in consideration for U21 if his form is high

Sounds like you've never been lucky enough to own max~ talent youngsters aged 16/17 as i've had a few players double pop in the young levels.

I'm really happy with him as now i've had him long enough his youth school talent (old system) is definately 3.5 or better.

what plans for training in next few seasons ?

tbh i dont generally train at such young levels.
i figured it also had to do with assistants etc but my coaches are decent now so im not so sure

question for you.
would you go back to the old system of not knowing age but seeing talent or leave current system if given an option?

whats thoughts on this guy also? 2/4 of my 20yr olds are in U21 teams already. will he make it next season? tech and defender training this season. will gt pop in pass and pace too

if you can give him at least tech til excellent, combined with gt pop at those 2 skills, he will make it

Nice player, and perfect training plan for him. I am a sucker for the old system so i would go back to that. Both systems have their plus points but i enjoyed pretty much knowing the talent, but not really knowing how he'll look come promotion. Now, i can keep my squad smaller and can promote only the ones that are the right age, but i don't really know their talent!

You were the bid-war guy right? :) right now it's tech, and i have not managed to train him in such a way to make him look much cop right now - you may remember he wasn't born with the best distribution in the world.

After tech i'm not sure, i may do defender which i have never trained since i started Sokker. Probably be passing or playmaker though.
