sk organiser says 2 to solid tech, 3 to outstanding passing. dont think that passing is possible though so must be a mistake. he will get around 7 weeks of pm now so should reach formid. form is crushing him though :)
people always think he is a monter caus of wage but his keeper skill drives it up. last season someone offered me 6m without even seeing his skills :S
decent trainees are getting harder to find though

Ronnie Torbensen did formidable in 2 trainings and 4 generals, and i have seen 3 to outstanding pass before... :) (He was even age 21 and with sucky assistants) so it is possible

He is monster in my opinion, so close to the best players in his age, but with hight pace skill, when he get training at another mid skills will be great :)

dont think that passing is possible though so must be a mistake.

sure it is, check this for instance (still, not sure if he was 18 or 19 yo at that time and to lazy to count weeks atm).

My 19y monster popped to outstanding in passing with 3 weeks as well.
