I belive the resime of discussion could be: you don`t buy player like Mlekuz for 12M € with intention to make profit, but in certain occasions you can make it, depending on exsclusivity?
pretty much as You stated but if You give Yourself some time to find a buyer, You should almost always make profit on players like this in current market...
I`m aware...my scottish is also very talented, 3 weeks and some general trainings to 13 pace at the age of 23...
but on which basis then You are assuming that a year younger would need 10 weeks for two pops? Can You even hear Yourself? Sure, Your player could become NT star for Scotland but he will never be a top sokker star because he is just not in that region. If You really can't see or don't want to admit to Yourself a ceiling difference between Mlekus (who is likely to be 5+ skills in front of Your player after turning 23) and Johnstone, I can't really help You.
well, my player is high on 2 skills, same for dino`s player...so that makes them even regarding the extras, but not the skills...in 3 weeks my player could have 69 points, and his could have 67, so it`s still 10 weeks between them...
yeah, and if Dino's player is not going to pop in next three weeks despite being high on two skills, he is going to freeze and don't make any progress for next 10 weeks.

14 in my team, and not so many at the curemt team...i`ve asked the ex-owner, and he told me he doesn`t have too many general trainings there....so around 20-25 max..
