i always have trouble with this. i have 2 players with low defender and high striker, so the other 8 trainees cannot be trained in defender.
unforunately you end up needing to sell these ones to make all trainees need same training :(

I guess defender is important anyway, even for a winger or off-mid (rarely in sokker though) these skills are significant
so maybe these attacking players you mentioned wouldn't waste so many weeks while training def,
Cabatnieks with adequate/good defender, and even very good/excellent striker, wouldn't lose much value in my opinion, so as for now I'm going to keep doing that

He need more pace and then pas/playmaking/tech for u21 :)
