got 17 old trainee which is divine [17] already with two weeks to go. Calculated talent is 2,58 (got screens), so must be 3,00 or something (less than 3,00 is not possible?)

That's why max. talent is ~3.1
Well, we had week 12, so assuming he came in with 16y good in the first week last leason, thats 10 skillups in 28 weeks. He's probably a bit overestimated, but even so, awesome talent. And the skill/talent/age combo is unreal. Could be next Miaso.
