I think def would be a better option as there is (theoretically) only 1 skill left for train.

You need to change to def THIS WEEK... a player should not be divine pace before 23... there is general training and if you train else then pace, then you train pace in between seasons so you can train all 6 or 10 trainees. Stamina is only rare you must train. And do it when the cup gets tough for you. Might get you some extra matches with good revenue....

Yeah, it was kind of an ironic comment. He doesn't know anything else but to run, so pace is the skill he needs the less at the moment. As said, def-training is the easiest way to make him a useful player. Or you could turn him into a striker. But please, don't train anymore pace to him.
