His debut in U21NT, was in my period as coach in Switzerland... :)

he looks nice, all-rounded player, but i`m wondering how usefuls are these kind of players, with striking...for me, it`s more important for a midfielder to have defending rather than striking, so it`s pointless to invest time in a skill that isn`t going to help him a lot...it`s helping him only to have a better mark on the pitch

so instead of 11 striking and defending i would rather have 13 defending and 4-5 striker

True, but his pop to formidable striker might have been rpp. So he cannot switch def with striker, if his player had excellent striker after being pulled from ys. ;)

Is that good enough for Uruguay?

It's really hard to tell on these 16 year-olds.. Debends obviously on talent, injuries, form etc. I also have two nice 16yos in my team but it's still impossible to tell whether they'll be good enough for U21 or not. It's easier to predict after one season, a lot easier after two seasons.. ;)

Im still in passing, but he will get technique (a lot) and defending in near future...

Mate i am not sure that this player needs 11 years(sokker years) to get magical pace and magical defender;pp he will have this skill almost at 21 if he get trained well;p

I should have said more 24/25 years old. I spread out the skills. This player could obviously have 17+/17+, but worse secondary
