I really don't like that idea if effect is going to be significant. I think that fact that with persistence You could train even less talented players to NT level (at last when they were 26 or 27 yo) was huge factor for smaller countries to become competitive on NT level.

This is correct. All these changes will be implemented probably sooner than when Kajdas would be able to reach 5*18 :(
