Is It a forum where I can put on sale a new player? If It isnt do know if there is any?

train him as mid, at the moment he needs mostly pace and technique

Pace and mid for 2 full seasons... Then see which way his other skills point out, and make a decision.
For now, tech and pace will up his value the most.
Follow your first thought if in doubt ;-)
