i wouldn`t call him little monster...he will be a 23 point striker of 18 years of old, you can get these kind of players for 1M euro at the beginning pf the season...or a poor midfielder with only 6 pm and 3 passing...nothing special really :)

And if old training system were kept, he would even be ruined for mid season pace + gt
you know it takes much longer time to train pace and skills at higher levels lol?
A bit longer than other skills.. that striking is killing him mate, if you want to make him an ATT.
His passing is really low, in case you are planning to make him a midfielder....
I'm not saying he is a weak player, could probably get 1.5M for him in a good day, but not as great as you think...
